Day 3

Today is the third day that Emmanuel has been here. So far, it's been really fun. I knew that Emmanuel would have fun with what I had in store for him today.

We both woke up around ten o'clock and had corn flakes for breakfast. Then we sat around for a while, playing cards, watching a little TV, playing on my Wii, until finally we went to go to the Avocado Festival.

The Avocado Festival has been put on annually for as long as I can remember.
I got Emmanuel some avocado ice cream, which neither of us really liked much. Then we went to the Main Stage to watch some performances. It was really loud, but we were both used to that after the WPA concert.

After that we got some hot dogs for dinner and some lemonade to go along with it. Emmanuel was disgusted that we would actually eat dogs, and I had to tell him that they weren't actual dogs.

That night we watched some "Looney Tunes," then went to bed. I've started to notice how nice Emmanuel is, and I really hope that I'm at least half as kind as he is.
